For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on size, color, or appearance variations from product images, as these are inherent qualities of the product itself.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will review the case and resolve it promptly, typically by sending a replacement if available or issuing a store credit/refund.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost once the wrong item is returned to us.
